Oct. 14, 1999, the City received an application signed by over SOg <br /> of the adjac nt property owners and tenants for designating a residential permit <br /> parking zone for the south side of E.15th Ave. west of Orchard St. a half block. <br /> C. otice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking <br /> zone was gi n to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the <br /> .proposed zon . <br /> D. he proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity <br /> with the pol'cies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> 9 , <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> Based pon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> ;Administrati a Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders <br /> that: <br /> 1. he area described is hereby established as a residential permit <br /> j 'parking zon <br /> f <br /> i <br /> i The south side of E.15th Avenue for one half block west from Orchard <br /> Street. <br /> 1 <br /> ~ 2. The zone shall be designated Zone "A" and shall allow 2-hour public <br /> j parking bet een 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal <br /> holidays an except Zone "A" permitted vehicles. <br /> I <br /> 3. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> ~ ~ designated erein may apply for a Zone "A" permit entitling the holder thereof <br /> to preferen ial long-term parking at Zone "A" signed parking areas within the <br /> ' designated one. <br /> i <br /> 4.
