Public~l notice of these proposed amendments and renaming of Tree Preservation Administrative Rule R-6.305, adopted by Administrative Order No. 58-96-22-F, shall be given by making copie thereof available to any person who has requested such notice, and by publication thereof in the egister Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City for at least five consecutive d s, and providing interested persons an opportunity of not less than 30 days to submit data or Comm is thereon.
