Final subdivision plat, final Planned Unit Development (PUD) plan, or <br /> final ajor or minor partition, encompassing an entire contiguous ownership. <br /> Protected natural resource area. For purposes of the civil penalty matrix of this <br /> rule, riparian setback area, conservation area, sensitive area, wetland, or wetland buffer <br /> area. <br /> Besnonsible en rson. An individual, partnership, joint-venture, firm, company, <br /> coope ative, corporation, association, joint stock company, trust, estate, governmental entity, <br /> or an other legal entity that: <br /> (a) Owns the property on which the tree is located, or the property that <br /> abuts a public way where the tree is located; or <br /> (b) Is in charge of the property on which the tree is located or the property <br /> that abuts a public way where the tree is located; or <br /> (c) Is the person who causes the violation to come into or continue in <br /> existence. <br /> Street tree. A living, standing woody plant typically having a single trunk at least <br /> 1-1/2 nches in diameter at a point six inches above mean ground level at the base of the <br /> trunk, hat is located within the street right-of--way. <br /> ~ Tree.
