O ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-00-02-F of the ~-/o g~ City Manager of the City of Eugene i AMENDMENT AND RENAMING OF THE TREE PRESERVATION AND STREET TREE PROGRAM FEE SCHEDULE, AND REPEAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER N0.58-96-24-F ' The ity Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: A. Sections 2.020, 6.330 and 7.280 of the Eugene Code, 1971, authorize the City ~ Manager to tablish tree preservation permit and appeal fees and fees for implementation of the City Street Tree rogram. B. In accordance with the procedures set forth therein, on February 7, 2000, Administrati e Order No. 58-00-02 was issued proposing the amendment and renaming of the Tree Preservation d Street Tree Program Fee Schedule as set forth in Exhibit A thereto, and the repeal of Adminis tive Order No. 58-96-24-F. C. Notice was provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, posted at two locations at City Hall, d published in the Register Guard on February 8, 2000, and made available for inspection b interested persons at the Public Works Department, 1820 Roosevelt Blvd., Eugene, pregon 974 2, during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of olidays). D. The Notice provided that interested persons could submit written comments thereon for a period o 30 days from the first date of publication and posting. No comments were received within the ti a or in the manner required by the Notice. .Base on the above findings, and the findings in Administrative Order No. 58-00-02, I order that: 1. Administrative Order No. 58-96-24-F is repealed, as of the effective date of this Order. 2. The Tree Removal and Street Tree Planting Program Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit A her to is hereby adopted and/or ratified as the fees to be charged for the services set forth, as of the effe tive date of this Order.
