fiC~`" 5g-OG-OS <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br /> of the <br /> Traffic Engineer of the City of 8ugene, Oregon <br /> <br /> i <br /> Establishing a Residential Permit Parking Zone <br /> For the South Side of E. 21st Avenue Between Emerald and Agate Streets <br /> The T affic Engineer of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> i <br /> <br /> ~ A. Administrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones <br /> Regulations, provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking <br /> zones would a effected by administrative order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> B. On December 10, 1999, the City received an application signed by over <br /> 50~ of the djacent property owners and tenants for designating a residential <br /> permit parking zone for the south side of E. 21St Avenue's 1400 block. <br /> C. Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking <br /> zone was gi en to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the <br /> proposed zo e. <br /> D. The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity <br /> with the po icies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> ~ Based pon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> Administrative Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders <br /> <br /> j that <br /> 1. The area described is hereby established as a residential permit <br /> parking zon <br /> The south side of E. 21St Avenue between Emerald and Agate Streets. <br /> 2. The zone shall be designated Zone "A" and shall allow 2-hour public <br /> parking bet een 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal <br /> holidays an except Zone "A" permitted vehicles. <br /> 3. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> designated erein may apply for a Zone "A" permit entitling the holder thereof <br /> to preferen ial long-term parking at Zone "A" signed parking areas within the <br /> designated one. <br /> 4.
