~ SS-OO -p9 <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br /> o f the <br /> Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> <br /> I I <br /> Establishing a Residential Permit Parking Zone <br /> For th North Side of W 19~'' Avenue Between Willamette and Olive Streets <br /> ' The raffic Engineer of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> A. Administrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones <br /> Regulation provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking <br /> zones woul be effected by administrative order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> B. On March, 2id, 2000, the City received an application signed by over <br /> 50~ of the adjacent property owners and tenants for designating a residential <br /> permit par ing zone for the north side of W 19°h Avenue's first block. <br /> C. Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking <br /> zone was g'ven to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the <br /> proposed z ne. <br /> <br /> j D. The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity <br /> with the p licies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> Base upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> Administra ive Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders <br /> that: <br /> <br /> l <br /> 1. The area described is hereby established as a residential permit <br /> parking zo e: <br /> The north side of W 19t'' Avenue between Willamette and Olive Streets. <br /> <br /> i <br /> <br /> ~ 2. The zone shall be designated Zone "F" and shall allow 2-hour public <br /> parking be ween 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal <br /> holidays a d except Zone "F" permitted vehicles. <br /> <br /> i <br /> 3. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> designated herein may apply for a Zone "F" permit entitling the holder thereof <br /> to prefere tial long-term parking at Zone "F" signed parking areas within the <br /> designated zone. <br /> 4.
