~ 58-b0-ip <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br /> of the <br /> Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> Establishing a Residential Permit Parking Zone <br /> For T e North Side of E. 21sb Avenue Between Agate and Smerald Streets <br /> The raffic Engineer of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> A. Administrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones <br /> ~ j Regulation provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking <br /> zones woul be effected by administrative order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> B. On March 15, 2000, the City received an application signed by over <br /> 50~ of th adjacent property owners and tenants for designating a residential <br /> permit pa king zone for the north side of E. 2181 Avenue between Agate and <br /> Emerald St eets. <br /> j C. Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking <br /> zone was iven to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the <br /> proposed z ne. <br /> i D. The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity <br /> ~ with the p licies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> Base upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> <br /> 14 <br /> Administra ive Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders <br /> that <br /> 1. The area described is hereby established as a residential permit <br /> parking zo e: <br /> The north side of E 2181 Avenue between Agate and Emerald Streets. <br /> 2. The zone shall be designated Zone "A" and shall allow 2-hour public <br /> ~ parking be ween 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal <br /> holidays a d except Zone "A" permitted vehicles. <br /> j ~ 3. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> ~ i designated herein may apply for a Zone "A" permit entitling the holder thereof <br /> to prefere tial long-term parking at Zone "A" signed parking areas within the <br /> designated zone. <br /> I <br /> 4.
