i <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-00-18-F <br /> of the <br /> AIRPORT MANAGER <br /> i <br /> REV SING THE AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE BY AMENDING THE NON- <br /> . .SIGN TORY/SCHEDULED/ UNSCHEDULED AIRLINE FEES; LANDING <br /> FEE ;AND TERMINAL BUILDING RENTAL RATES; RATIFYING THE <br /> UNA ENDED FEES, AND REPEALING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. <br /> 58-99 18-F. <br /> I <br /> The irport Manager of the City of Eugene finds as fottows: <br /> A. Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene under Sections 2.440 <br /> to 2.442 oft Eugene Code, 1971 to set fees and charges for the use of the Eugene Airport. The <br /> City Manager has further delegated that authority to the Airport Manager under Airport Rule 8.4.2. <br /> i <br /> B. Pursuant to that delegated authority Administrative Order No. 58-99-I8-F was issued <br /> s on October 1 , 1999 revising and ratifying the Airport Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit A thereto. <br /> On July 13, 2 00, I issued Administrative Order No. 58-00-18 proposing the revision of the Airport <br /> Fee Schedule by amending the non-signatory/scheduled/unscheduled airline rates, landing fees, and <br /> terminal build g rental rates set forth in Sections 2, 4, and 5 of that Fee Schedule, as set forth in the <br /> Notice of Int nded Airport Fee Schedule Revisions attached as Exhibit A thereto. <br /> I <br /> C. The Notice was provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, posted at two locations <br /> at the Airpo and published in the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City <br /> ~ on July 21, 2 00, and made available for inspection by interested persons at the offices of the Airport <br /> Manager, 28 55 Lockheed Drive, Eugene, Oregon 97402 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. <br /> to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays). <br /> D. The Notice provided that written comments would be received thereon for a period <br /> of 15 days fr m the first date of posting and publication. No comments were received within the time <br /> or manner r aired in the Notice. <br /> E. Based on the above findings, and the findings in Administrative Order No. 58-00-18, <br /> I find that t e airline signatory and non-signatory/scheduled/unscheduled rates, landing fees, and <br /> terminal boil ing rental rates set forth in Sections 2, 4, and 5 of the Airport Fee Schedule should be <br /> revised as pr posed, the other fees set forth therein ratified, and Administrative Order No. 58-99-18F <br /> and the Airp rt Fee Schedule adopted therein repealed, as of the effective date of this order. <br /> On a basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> i <br /> f <br /> <br /> i <br /> Administrat' e Order - 1 oaioaroo <br /> r:~adminordV'ees~00apfee2ao.wpd <br /> I <br /> <br />
