Portland's economy rates. At this time, the Eugene Airport does not have the capacity to
offer a third option for parking. The overflow lot is only used on an "as needed" basis. It
would be cost prohibitive to run the overflow parking area full time. Therefore, no change
is being made to the Airport Fee Schedule as a result of this comment.
E. Based on the above findings, and the findings in Administrative Order No. 58-00-25,
I find that, after investigating the fees charged at other airports, the City's policies on recovery of
actual costs of providing services, and the revenue needs of the Eugene Airport, Section 10 of the
Airport Fee Schedule should be amended to increase the parking fee rates as proposed. This revision
to the parking fees is based on the increase in costs incurred by the City since the last revision to these
fees in 1997, and has been reviewed by and approved by the Airport Advisory Committee.
F. The unamended fees contained in Exhibit A to Administrative Order No. 58-00-18-F
should be ratified and Administrative Order No. 58-00-18-F should be repealed, as of the effective
date of this order.
On the basis of these findings, I order that:
1. Administrative Order No. 58-00-18-F and the Airport Fee Schedule adopted therein
is hereby repealed, as of the effective date of this order.
2. Section 10 of the Airport Fee Schedule is amended, and the remaining sections of the
Airport Fee Schedule are ratified and affirmed as the fees to be charged for the uses as set forth in
Exhibit A hereto, as of the effective date of this order.
3. A copy of this Order be forwarded to the Mayor and City Councilors. Unless a review
is requested by two Councilors prior thereto, this Order shall become effective on the 11 `h day after
the date of its entry.
Dated this 9th day of November, 2000.
~
Robert Noble, Airpo Manager (AIC)
This Order becomes effective and final on November 20, 2000.
Administrative Order - 2

. ti,, ~
