No permit or other approval issued pursuant to these rules shall be deemed to <br /> authorize any 'olation of the above outcomes or wet-weather requirements. <br /> R 6.645-E Designation of Sensitive Areas. <br /> 1. Criteria for Sensitive Area Designation.
