NOTICE OF INTENDED AMENDMENT OF THE FEE <br /> SCHEDULE FOR PROCESSING EROSION PREVENTION <br /> AND CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES <br /> PERMITS <br /> To: The ayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br /> NOTI EIS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.020 of the <br /> Eugene, Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to amend the fee schedule for <br /> processing er sion prevention and construction site management practices by adding a new <br /> surcharge fee s follows: <br /> EROSION PREVENTION AND CONSTRUCTION <br /> ' S TE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES PERMITS FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br /> I <br /> Proposed <br /> Surcharge Fe /Working without a Permit $100.00 <br /> The p oposed surcharge fee was not included at the time the current fees were established <br /> in 1997 and hould be established at this time. The proposed amendment set forth above is <br /> consistent wit applicable policies and directives of the City Council; comparable to fees established <br /> in other jurisd ctions for providing such services; are based on the cost to the City associated with <br /> providing the ervices; and are necessary in order to recover the City's costs from the beneficiaries <br /> of the service . <br /> Persol s desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the City's Public <br /> Works Depart ent, Engineering Division, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401 within 15 days <br /> of the date of osting as shown below.
