I <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 5gj `O ~ -0~1 O <br /> of the <br /> Traffic Sngineer of the City of Sugene, Oregon <br /> Establishing a Residential Permit Parking Zone <br /> E For a Sast Side of Villard Street Between 8 17 ~ and S 19~ Avenues <br /> The raffic Sngineer of the City of Sugene finds that: <br /> ~ A. Administrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones <br /> Regulation provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking <br /> zones woul be effected by administrative order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> B. On October 11, 2000, the City received an application signed by over <br /> 50~ of the adjacent property owners and tenants for designating a residential <br /> permit par ing zone for the east side of Villard Street's 1700 and 1800 blocks. <br /> C. Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking <br /> zone was g ven to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the <br /> proposed z ne. <br /> D. The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity <br /> f with the p licies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> i <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> Base upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> Administra ive Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders <br /> that: <br /> 1. The area described is hereby established as a residential permit <br /> parking zo <br /> The east side of Villard Street between E 17t'' and E 19t'' Avenues. <br /> 2. The zone shall be designated Zone "A" and shall allow 2-hour public <br /> <br /> r parking be een 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal <br /> ~ holidays an except Zone "A" permitted vehicles. <br /> 3. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> designated erein may apply for a Zone "A" permit entitling the holder thereof <br /> to preferen ial long-term parking at Zone "A" signed parking areas within the <br /> <br /> ~ designated one. <br /> 4.
