Administrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones <br /> j Regulation provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking <br /> j zones woul be effected by administrative order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> B. On September 13, 2000, the City received an application signed by <br /> over 50~ f the adjacent property owners and tenants for designating a <br /> residential permit parking zone for the north side of W. 15th Avenue's 200 block. <br /> C. Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking <br /> zone was g ven to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the <br /> ~ proposed z e. <br /> j D. The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity <br /> ~ with the p icies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> } NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> 4 <br /> ~ Based upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> Administrative Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders <br /> that: <br /> ' 1. The area described is hereby established as a residential permit <br /> 4 parking zon <br /> i <br /> The north side of W 15th Ave. between Charnelton and Lincoln Streets. <br /> 2. The zone shall be designated Zone °F" and shall allow 2-hour public <br /> i parking bet een 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal <br /> holidays an except Zone "F" permitted vehicles. <br /> 3. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> I designated erein may apply for a Zone "F" permit entitling the holder thereof <br /> to preferen ial long-term parking at Zone "F" signed parking areas within the <br /> designated one. <br /> i <br /> ~ 4.
