I 2.4 MWM Wastewater SDC Credit A credit for roperty taxes on real property paid to retire bonded debt incurred for the constructio of regional wastewater facilities shall be deducted from the MWMC wastewater SDC. The redit shall accrue from the year of annexation to the City, and be based upon the ' assessed v lue of the real property at the time of application for connection to the system. The current cre it is shown in Attachment 3. 2.5 MWM Wastewater Administrative Charge A further ad ustment to the MWMC wastewater SDC is the addition of administrative costs. MWMC will ncur staff costs for the updating and processing of the charge. These costs are applied on per connection basis. The MWMC wastewater administrative charge per permit is applied tot a total SDC fees after all other charges and credits have been applied.
