This is determined by calculating what the <br /> L developme is charge would be for the current use, and for the proposed use. If the proposed <br /> ' use would r suit in a higher charge, the difference is collected. <br /> I <br /> 2.4 MWM Wastewater SDC Credit <br /> A credit for roperty taxes on real property paid to retire bonded debt incurred for the <br /> constructio of regional wastewater facilities shall be deducted from the MWMC wastewater <br /> SDC. The redit shall accrue from the year of annexation to the City, and be based upon the <br /> ' assessed v lue of the real property at the time of application for connection to the system. The <br /> current cre it is shown in Attachment 3. <br /> 2.5 MWM Wastewater Administrative Charge <br /> A further ad ustment to the MWMC wastewater SDC is the addition of administrative costs. <br /> MWMC will ncur staff costs for the updating and processing of the charge. These costs are <br /> applied on per connection basis.
