2.3 Cha a of Use When a c ange of use of an existing development results in an increased impact on the regional ,I wastewat facilities (as demonstrated by calculating the SDC for both uses), the SDC will be charged on the increa ed impact. This is determined by calculating what the development's charge would be for the current us ,and for the proposed use. If the proposed use would result in a higher charge, the difference is collecte . 2.4 MW C Wastewater SDC Credit A credit fo property taxes on real property paid to retire bonded debt incurred for the construction of regional w stewater facilities shall be deducted from the MWMC wastewater SDC. The credit shall accrue from they ar of annexation to the City, and be based upon the assessed value of the real property at the time of ap lication for connection to the system. The current credit is shown in Attachment 3. 2.5 MW C Wastewater Administrative Charge I A further a justment to the MWMC wastewater SDC is the addition of administrative costs. MWMC will incur staff osts for the updating and processing of the charge. These costs are applied orE a per connectio basis. The MWMC wastewater administrative charge per permit is applied to the total SDC fees after II other charges and credits have been applied.
