The City's Systems Development Charge Methodology attached as Exhibit A hereto <br /> is hereby amended as proposed in Administrative Order No. 58-01-11 and Finding C of this Order, <br /> to be effective with respect to permits in process on and after July 2, 2001, and the unamended <br /> portions thereof are ratified and affirmed. <br /> 2. Administrative Order No. 58-01-17-F and the Systems Development Charge <br /> Methodologies adopted and/or amended therein, are repealed, as of midnight, July 1, 2001. <br /> Dated this ~ day of June, 2001. <br /> James R.
