ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-01-12 <br /> of the <br /> AIRPORT MANAGER <br /> CON ERNING NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVISION OF THE AIRPORT <br /> FEE CHEDULE BY AMENDING THE NON-SIGNATORY/SCHEDULED/ <br /> UNS REDUCED AIRLINE FEES; LANDING FEES; TERMINAL <br /> BUI DING RENTAL RATES; SIGNATORY JET BRIDGE RENTAL RATE; <br /> AND PASSENGER FACILITY CHARGE. <br /> The irport Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> A. Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene under Sections 2.440 <br /> to 2.442 of th Eugene Code, 1971 to set fees and charges for the use of the Eugene Airport. The <br /> City Manage has further delegated that authority to the Airport Manager under Airport Rule 8.4.2. <br /> B. Pursuant to that delegated authority Administrative Order No. 5 8-00-25-F was issued <br /> on November 0, 2000 revising and ratifying the Airport Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit A thereto: <br /> The airline no -signatory/scheduled/unscheduledair1ine rates, landing fees, terminal building rental <br /> rate, signato jet bridge rental rate, and passenger facility charge are set forth in Sections 2, 4, 5, 6 <br /> and 8 of that ee Schedule. <br /> C. After investigating the fees charged at other airports, the City's policies on recovery <br /> of actual costs of providing services, and the revenue needs of the Eugene Airport, I have determined <br /> that Sections , 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Airport Fee Schedule should be amended to reduce some of the <br /> rates and inc ase others as set forth in the Notice of Intended Amendment of the Airport Fee <br /> Schedule atta hed as Exhibit A hereto. Both the fee reductions and increases are based on the actual <br /> costs incurred by the City and reflect the elimination of some one-time expenses previously incurred <br /> and increased rsonnel costs. <br /> On th basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> 1. Copies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, persons who <br /> have requeste notice, persons currently paying such charges, posted at two locations at the Airport, <br /> published in t e Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City and be made <br /> available for nterested persons at the offices of the Airport Manager, 28855 Lockheed Drive, <br /> Eugene, Oreg n 97402 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through <br /> Friday, exclus ve of holidays). <br /> 2.
