<br />a. The Special Fireworks Event shall be conducted within a clear drop zone in <br />the estern portion of Alton Baker Park designated by the Public Works Department; <br />b. The Special Fireworks Event shall be conducted by a state certified <br />pyro echnic crew, with a local wildland firefighting company crew and water truck on site <br />top st a fire watch; and <br />c. Personal fireworks brought to the park by the public attending the Special <br />Fire orks Event will be limited to usage of legal fireworks in the north "overflow" asphalt <br />parki g lot in Alton Baker Park under the supervision of volunteer Special Fireworks Event <br />staff. <br />2. ~ The Eugene Active 20/30 Club shall be responsible for conducting the Special <br />Fireworks E ent in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and orders. <br />3. The waivers granted under this Order are limited to the specified activities, date and <br />times, locati and rules described herein.
