~ 58-Ot-IS <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br /> of the <br /> Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> Establishing a Residential Permit Parking Zone <br /> For the South Side of W 19`h Avenue Between Olive and Willamette Streets <br /> The T affic Engineer of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> A. Administrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones <br /> Regulations provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking <br /> zones would be effected by administrative order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> B. In May of 2001, the City received an application signed by over 50~ <br /> of the adja ent property owners and tenants for designating a residential permit <br /> parking zon for the south side of W 19th Ave. between Olive and Willamette St. <br /> C. Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking <br /> zone was gi en to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the <br /> proposed zo e. <br /> D. The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity <br /> with the po icies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> Based upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> Administrat ve Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders <br /> that: <br /> 1. The area described is hereby established as a residential permit <br /> parking zon <br /> The south side of W 19th Avenue between Olive and Willamette Street. <br /> 2. The zone shall be designated Zone F and shall allow 2-hour public <br /> parking bet een 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal <br /> holidays an except Zone F permitted vehicles. <br /> 3. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> designated erein may apply for a Zone F permit entitling the holder thereof to <br /> preferentia long-term parking at Zone F signed parking areas within the <br /> designated one. <br /> 4.
