NOTICE OF INTENDED RULEMAKING <br /> <br /> ~rr ~ PROPOSED ADOPTION OF STANDARDS FOR TRAFFIC IMPACT <br /> ANALYSES (TIA) ADMINISTRATIVE RULE R-9.8650. <br /> that ursuant to the authori contained in Section 2.019 <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN p ty <br /> and Chapter 9 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene, intends to adopt <br /> Standards for Traffic Impact Analyses (TIA) Administrative Rule R-9.8650 that: <br /> Reiterates when a TIA is required under provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971; <br /> establishes the items that are required to be addressed and contained in a TIA; and <br /> incorporates reference materials that may assist applicants in preparation of a TIA. <br /> The proposed rules aze necessary in order to ensure the orderly implementation of newly <br /> adopted provisions of Chapter 9 of the Eugene Code,1971, and may be reviewed at the office of the <br /> ~ Public Works Department, Administration Division, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401 during <br /> normal business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays). <br /> ~ All persons wishing to comment thereon or object thereto must submit their comments or <br /> objections to the City's Public Works Department, Administration Division, 858 Pearl Street, <br /> Eugene, Oregon 97401, in writing, within fifteen (15) days of the date of the first publication hereof, <br /> as indicated below.
