Rasor Park Master Plan <br /> ~:c~i~ <br /> ~ In 2001, the City of Eugene and its consultants prepared a master plan for Rasor Park, a 10-acre <br /> portion of the West Bank riverfront park system in the River Road area of Eugene (Maps 1 and <br /> 2). The following planning process was designed to produce a concept design for the park, as <br /> well as an implementation plan including resource management stxategies.
