<br /> t , <br /> NOTICE OF INTENDED REPEAL OF <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER N0.58-01-11-F, <br /> THE SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT CHARGE (SDC) METHODOLOGY ADOPTED <br /> ' THEREIN. <br /> To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Manager pro tem of the City of Eugene intends <br /> to repeal Administrative Order No. 58-01-11-F, the Systems Development Charge (SDC) <br /> Methodology adopted therein on June 29, 2001, due to recent changes in the state SDC statutes <br /> ` which have been incorporated into Chapter 7 of the Eugene Code,1971, and provide that the process <br /> for adopting and amending the SDC Methodologies should be by Council Resolution or Ordinance, <br /> while adjustments to SDC rate factors and cost indices may be accomplished administratively. <br /> The repeal of Administrative Order 58-01-11-F and the SDC Methodology adopted therein, <br /> should become effective upon the effective date of the Council Resolution adopting the SDC <br /> Methodologies. <br /> i <br /> 'i Persons desiring to comment on the repeal shall submit written comments to the City <br /> ` Engineer, Public Works Department, 858 Peazl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 15 days from <br /> II'I f the date of publication and posting as indicated below.
