, ,U~ <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-02-21 <br /> <br /> ; of the <br /> AII2PORT MANAGER <br /> ; CONCERNING NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVISION OF SECTIONS 2, 4 <br /> AND 5 OF THE AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE CONCERNING COUNTER <br /> FEE, GATE/HOLD R0014Z/RAMP PARHING FEE, LANDING FEES, AND <br /> TERMINAL RENTAL RATE. <br /> <br /> ' The Airport Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> A. Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene under Sections 2.440 <br /> to 2.442 of the Eu ene Code, 1971 to set fees and c es for the use of the Eu ene ort. The <br /> g g ~P <br /> City Manager has further delegated that authority to the Airport Manager under Airport Rule 8.4.2. <br /> B. Pursuant to that delegated authority Administrative Order No. 58-02-13-F was issued <br /> on June 5, 2002 (effective June 16, 2002) revising and ratifying the Airport Fee Schedule attached <br /> as Exhibit A thereto. The gate/hold room/ramp parking at the terminal fee, counter fee, landing fees, <br /> and terminal building rental rate are set forth in Sections 2, 4, and 5 of that Fee Schedule. <br /> C. After investigating the fees charged at other airports, the City's policies on recovery <br /> <br /> j of actual costs of providing services, and the revenue needs of the Eugene Airport, I have determined <br /> that those fees referenced in Finding B above should be increased, and Sections 2, 4, and 5 of the <br /> 'Airport Fee Schedule amended as set forth in the Notice of Intended Amendment of the Airport Fee <br /> Schedule attached as Exhibit A hereto. The proposed fee increases are based on the actual costs <br /> incurred by the City. <br /> On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> 1. Copies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, persons who <br /> have requested notice, persons who are currently paying such charges, posted at two locations at the <br /> `Airport, published in the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City and be <br /> made available for inspection by interested persons at the offices of the Airport Manager, 28855 <br /> Lockheed Drive, Eugene, Oregon 97402 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., <br /> Mionday through Friday, exclusive of holidays). <br /> 2. All persons desiring to comment thereon shall submit written comments as set forth <br /> in the Notice.
