A Leve13 report shall be signed and sealed <br /> by a Geotechnical Engineer. <br /> 3.8.1 If the proposed development of the site does not involve significant <br /> structuresand/or facilities, geologic risks, constraints such as expansive clay, and/or <br /> landslide azeas, the project engineer may certify that reports prepared, signed and <br /> sealed by a Qualified Registered Professional for the Level 1 and.
