The City may require the provision of this parking at a site operated by the City.
<br /> 6.3.12 Stormwater Pollution Control Plan. Each operator, their agents and employees,
<br /> shall observe and comply with all applicable rules, regulations, orders and restrictions with
<br /> respect to the City's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit No. 1200-T and
<br /> the Stormwater Pollution Control Plan (SWPCP), including any assessments for the cost
<br /> thereof.
<br /> 6.3.13 Environmental Requirements. Each operator, their agents and employees, shall
<br /> comply with all applicable City, state, and federal environmental statutes and regulations,
<br /> including, but not limited to, requirements for the disposal ofwaste oil, deicing fluids and other
<br /> potentially hazardous substances and for the refueling of all aircraft and vehicles.
<br /> 6.3.14 Snow, Ice, Weed and Debris Removal. Each operator shall promptly remove
<br /> snow, ice, debris, and weeds from the area in which the operator is authorized to operate.
<br /> Passageways, halls, doors, and exits from buildings occupied by an operator shall be kept clear
<br /> of stored material and debris. The City may, at the request of the operator, and at the discretion
<br /> of the Airport Manager, assist the operator in snow, ice, debris and weed removal. Each
<br /> operator shall indemnify and hold the City, and its officials, agents, and employees harmless
<br /> from all liability in connection with such snow, ice, debris and weed removal.
<br /> 6.3.15 Insurance. Unless otherwise agreed, each operator shall maintain in force
<br /> during the time operations are conducted at the Airport the insurance coverages specified
<br /> below. The Airport Manager may require other types of insurance policies (e.g., hangar
<br /> keepers, product liability, aircraft liability) when the maintenance of such insurance is in the
<br /> public interest. Each policy required by these provisions shall be written as a primary policy,
<br /> not contributing with or in excess of any coverage which the City may carry. The operator
<br /> shall deliver copies of each policy to the Airport Manager before beginning operations. Each
<br /> liability policy shall be written on an "occurrence" form with an admitted insurance carrier
<br /> licensed to do business in the State of Oregon and shall contain an endorsement entitling the
<br /> City to not less than 30 days prior written notice of any material change, nonrenewal or
<br /> cancellation. The adequacy of all insurance required by these rules shall be subj ect to approval
<br /> by the Airport Manager.
<br /> 6.3.15.1 Commercial General Liability. The operator shall maintain a
<br /> commercial general liability insurance policywith coverage ofnot less than $1,000,000
<br /> combined single limit per occurrence/$1,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury, personal
<br /> injury or property damage. Such policy shall contain a contractual liability
<br /> endorsement to cover the operator's indemnification obligations under these rules. The
<br /> policy shall also contain an endorsement naming the City as an additional insured, in
<br /> a form satisfactory to the City, and expressly providing that the interest of the City shall
<br /> not be affected by the operator's breach of the policy provisions.
<br /> 6.3.15.2 Commercial Automobile Liability. The operator shall maintain a
<br /> commercial automobile liability insurance policy on all motor vehicles regularly used
<br /> at the Airport with coverage of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit per
<br /> occurrence/$1,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury, personal injury or property damage.
<br /> The coverage shall include both hired and non-owned auto liability. The policy shall
<br /> also contain an endorsement naming the City as an additional insured, in a form
