OTICE OF INTENDED CORRECTION TO SIGNATORY AND <br /> NON-SIGNATORY RATE IN AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE <br /> ' ~ To: The ayor and City Councilors, and other interested persons. <br /> NOT CE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.440 to 2.442 <br /> of the Eugen Code (1971) the Airport Manager of the City of Eugene, as the designee of the City <br /> Manager, int nds to correct the Customer Use Space Signatory and Nan-Signatory fees set forth in <br /> Section 5 of he Airport Fee Schedule adopted by Administrative Order No. 58-03-10-F, effective <br /> July 26, 200 ,due to a typographical error in the Signatory rate (which was incorrectly reflected at <br /> i $339,532.00 instead of the $399,532.00 established in the Signatory contracts). This error resulted <br /> j intheNon-S' natoryratebeingincorrectlyreferencedat$373,485.OO,insteadof$439,485.00 (110% <br /> of the Signa ry rate).
