<br /> y <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-04-01 <br /> of the <br /> AIRPORT MANAGER <br /> C NCERNING NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVISION TO THE CAPTION OF <br /> SE TION 12 OF THE AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE, AND ADDITION OF GROUND <br /> LE SE RATES TO SECTION 15. <br /> Th Airport Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> ~ A. Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene under Sections 2.440 to 2.442 <br /> of the Euge a Code, 1971 to set fees and charges for the use of the Eugene Airport. The City Manager has <br /> C further del ated that authority to the Airport Manager under Airport Rule 8.4.2. <br /> i <br /> ~ B. Pursuant to that delegated authority, the most recent amendment to the Airport Fee Schedule <br /> was by A inistrative Order No. 58-03-10-F issued on July 15, 2003 (subsequently corrected by <br /> Administra 've Order No. 5 8-03-22-F on November 12, 2003) revising and ratifying the Airport Fee Schedule <br /> attached as xhibit A thereto. <br /> ~ C. Staff has recommended that the caption for Section 12 of the Fee Schedule be revised to <br /> ! clarify that is provisions are applicable to Commercial, as well asNon-Commercial Hangar Site Leases, and <br /> has also rec mmended that Section 15, Miscellaneous Fees, be amended by adding the Non-Commercial and <br /> Commercia Ground Lease Rates thereto. <br /> D. I concur with the recommendations, and after investigating the fees charged at other airports, <br /> the City's p licies on recovery of actual costs of providing services, and the revenue needs of the Eugene <br /> Airport, I h ve determined that the Airport Fee Schedule should be amended as noted in Finding C above, <br /> as set forth n the Notice of Intended Amendment of the Airport Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit A hereto. <br /> On he basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> 1. Copies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, persons who have <br /> ' requested n tice, persons who are currently paying such charges, posted at two locations at the Airport, <br /> published i the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City and be made available <br /> for inspecti n by interested persons at the offices of the Airport Manager, 28855 Lockheed Drive, Eugene, <br /> Oregon 974 2 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of <br /> holidays). <br /> 2. All persons desiring to comment thereon shall submit written comments as set forth in the <br /> ~ Notice.
