In the case of those proposed developments <br /> that are determined to have a potential for exceptional water usage, the City Engineer may require that the Owner(s) enter into an <br /> agreement with the City to review water usage or wastewater discharge at such time the development is in full use or production as the <br /> <br /> final basis of the local wastewater SDC.
