ADMIlYISTRATIYE ORDER NO. 58-04-10 <br /> <br /> ` of the <br /> AIRPORT MANAGER <br /> CON ERNING NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVISION TO SECTION 15 OF <br /> THE RPORT FEE SCHEDULE TO ADD A KEY REPLACEMENT FEE. <br /> The irport Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> A. Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene under Sections 2.440 <br /> to 2.442 of a Eugene Code, 1971 to set fees and charges for the use of the Eugene Airport. The <br /> City Manage has further delegated that authority to the Airport Manager under Airport Rule $.4.2. <br /> B. Pursuant to that delegated authority, the most recent amendment to the Airport Fee <br /> Schedule w by Administrative Order No. 58-04-O1-F issued on February 12, 2004. <br /> C. Staff has recommended that in order to recover the City's costs in providing <br /> replacement eys for keys lost by tenants, vendors and contractors who require access to Airport <br /> facilities tha a key replacement fee be added to Section 15, Miscellaneous Fees. <br /> D. I concur with the recommendation, and after investigating the fees charged at other <br /> airports, the ity's policies on recovery of actual costs of providing services, and the revenue needs <br /> of the Euge Airport, I have determined that the Airport Fee Schedule should be amended as noted <br /> in Finding above, as set forth in the Notice of Intended Amendment of the Airport Fee Schedule <br /> attached as xhibit A hereto. <br /> On a basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> 1. Copies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, persons who <br /> have reques ed notice, persons who are currently paying such charges, posted at two locations at the <br /> Airport, pu lished in the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City and be <br /> made avail ble for inspection by interested persons at the offices of the Airport Manager, 28855 <br /> Lockheed 've, Eugene, Oregon 97402 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., <br /> Monday ugh Friday, exclusive of holidays). <br /> 2. All persons desiring to comment thereon shall submit written comments as set forth <br /> in the No ' e.
