r (b) Fuel tanks shall have a minimum capacity of five thousand <br /> (5,000) gallons, and if approved by the Fire Marshal, a maximum capacity of <br /> fifteen thousand (15,000) gallons, and shall be kept full enough to meet <br /> customer demand at all times; <br /> 7.
