NOTICE OF INTENDED INCREASE IN <br /> STORMWATER SERVICE CHARGES <br /> fio: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Section 2 of Ordinance No.19984 adopted by the Council and approved by the Mayor <br /> <br /> on~eptember 28, 1994 established monthly stormwater customer charges effective November 1, 1994. Section C of <br /> Or Inance 19984 provid',es that future adjustments to the monthly stormwater customer charges be effected by the City <br /> Ma ager pursuant to Section 6.411 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> The City Manager has investigated the City's current revenue needs and cost of operation of the City's <br /> sto mwater service system and has proposed to increase the user fees for stormwater service as hereinafter set forth.
