NOTICE OF INTENDED INCREASE IN <br /> <br /> 1,, STORMWATER SERVICE CHARGES <br /> To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested <br /> persons. <br /> NOTICE fS HEREBY GIVEN that Section 2 of Ordinance No.19984 adopted by the <br /> Council and approved by the Mayor on September 28, 1994 established monthly <br /> stormwater customer charges effective November 1,1994. Section C of Ordinance 19984 <br /> provides that future adjustments to the monthly stormwater customer charges be effected <br /> by the City Manager pursuant to Section 6.411 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> The City Manager has investigated the City's current revenue needs and cost of <br /> operation of the City's stormwater service system and has proposed to increase the user <br /> fees for stormwater service as hereinafter set forth.
