The Notice shall provide that all persons desiring to comment on the <br /> proposed fees may submit written comments to the City Manager at 777 Pearl Street, <br /> Eugene, Oregon 97401 within 10 days of the first date of publication and posting as <br /> indicated in the Notice, or at the public hearing to be held in the McNutt Room of Eugene <br /> City Hall, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon, 97401, on May 26, 2005, between 4:30 PM <br /> and 5:30 PM.
