<br /> that the proposed Wastewater User Fee Schedule is in compliance with the Council's <br /> directive that the costs of providing such services be recovered from the beneficiaries of <br /> the services, and other applicable policies and directives of the City Council; is consistent <br /> with applicable federal and state regulations and the recommendations of MWMC; is <br /> comparable to the amounts charged by the City of Springfield and other such service <br /> providers; preserves the equity between different classes of ratepayers; and is based on <br /> the proposed budgets of the City and MWMC. Therefore, the amended fee schedule <br /> attached as Exhibit A should be implemented and effective for all bills issued on or after <br /> July 1, 2005. <br /> On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> 1. A copy of this Order be forwarded to the Mayor and City Councilors. Unless <br /> a review is requested by a majority of the members of the Council prior thereto, this Order <br /> shall become effective on the 11th day after the date of its entry. <br /> 2. Notwithstanding the effective date of this Order as set forth above, the <br /> Wastewater User Fees attached as Exhibit A are established as the fees to be charged for <br /> the services set forth, effective for all bills issued on or after July 1, 2005. <br /> 3. The unamended fees established by Administrative Order No. 58-04-12-F <br /> remain in full force and effect and are incorporated into the new fee schedule attached as <br /> Exhibit A. i <br /> 4.
