I ` <br /> I <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-OS-05-F <br /> of the <br /> I 'i AIRPORT MANAGER <br /> ' AMENDMENT OF SECTIONS 4, 5, 13, AND 15 OF THE AIRPORT FEE <br /> SCHEDULE AND REPEAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-04- <br /> 22-F. <br /> The Airport Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> A. Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene under Sections <br /> 2.440 to 2.442 of the Eugene Code, 1971 to set fees and charges for the use of the Eugene <br /> Airport. The City Manager has further delegated that authority to the Airport Manager under <br /> j Airport Rule 8.4.2. <br /> ' B. Pursuant to that delegated authority, on June 17, 2005, I issued Administrative <br /> Order No. 58-OS-OS, and notified the Mayor and City Council that I intended to amend the <br /> Airport Fee Schedule established by Administrative Order No. 58-04-22-F on December 23, <br /> 2004, as set forth in the Notice attached as Exhibit A thereto. <br /> C. Notice was also posted at two locations at the Airport and published in the <br /> ' Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, on June 17, 2005, provided <br /> tp persons who had requested notice, persons who are currently paying such charges, and was <br /> made available for inspection by interested persons at the offices of the Airport Manager, 28855 <br /> ~ I, Lockheed Drive, Eugene, Oregon 97402, during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., <br /> Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays). <br /> D. Notice provided that written comments would be received for 15 days from the <br /> date of posting and publication. No comments were received within the time or in the manner <br /> described in the Notice. <br /> E. Based upon the above findings and the findings in Administrative Order No. 58- <br /> 05-05, and after investigating the amount charged for such use in the past; comparable amounts <br /> ox rates charged by other airports; the amounts or rates and other municipal benefits agreed to by <br /> comparable users of the airport in a contract, lease, or permit; and, the revenue needs of the <br /> airport, I have determined that tl~e Airport Fee Schedule should be amended as proposed, and the <br /> fees set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto should be established as the fees for the described <br /> 1 sQrvices. <br /> <br /> r Administrative Order -Page 1 <br /> <br />
