15. Along the Willamette River between the water's edge and <br /> the adjacent pedestrian bicycle path or, where there is no <br /> adjacent path, within 100 feet of the water's edge. <br /> (c) Unless the City has authorized the possession and consumption of <br /> alcoholic liquor therein as part of a Standard Use Permit or a Special Event <br /> Permit, no person may consume alcoholic liquor or possess a receptacle <br /> containing alcoholic liquor that has been opened or had the seal broken or the <br /> contents partially removed in the following parks and open spaces: <br /> 1. Alton Baker Park; <br /> 2. .Lamb Cottage; and, <br /> 3. Owen Memorial Rose Garden. <br /> (d) If a park or open space is not identified in subsection (b) above, <br /> alcoholic liquor may be possessed and consumed within the park and open space. <br /> However, within such park and open space no person may consume alcoholic <br /> liquor or possess a receptacle containing alcoholic liquor that has been opened or <br /> had the seal broken or the contents partially removed within 25 feet of the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Children's playground areas; <br /> 2. Athletic fields; <br /> 3. Wading pools; <br /> 4. Tennis courts; <br /> 5. Parking lots; <br /> 6. Skateboard facilities; <br /> 7. Rest rooms; and, <br /> 8. Sheltered picnic areas, unless explicitly authorized by the <br /> City in writing in conjunction with the rental of a sheltered picnic area; <br /> (e) No person may consume alcoholic liquor or possess a receptacle <br /> containing alcoholic liquor that has been opened or had the seal broken or the <br /> contents partially removed within the following facilities or within 200 feet of the <br /> following facilities, unless explicitly permitted by the facility supervisor or the <br /> person in charge of the facility (indicated in parenthesis): <br /> 1. Amazon Community Center; <br /> 2. Amazon Pool; <br /> 3. Celeste Campbell Senior Center; <br /> 4. Cuthbert Amphitheater; <br /> 5. Echo Hollow Pool; <br /> 6. Hilyard Community Center; <br /> 7.
