<br /> - Exhibit A <br /> ~f <br /> i <br /> NOTICE OF INTENDED INFLATIONARY ADJUSTMENT OF SYSTEMS <br /> DEVELOPMENT CHARGES FOR LOCAL WASTEWATER SYSTEM, <br /> ice,, , STORMWATER SYSTEM, AND TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM. <br /> To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to <br /> amend portions of the Systems Development Charges by implementing a 4.6% inflationary <br /> increase to the local wastewater system, stormwater system, and transportation system, effective <br /> Apri13, 2006, as set forth in Attachment 1 to this Notice. <br /> The proposed inflationary adjustment is based on the national 20-city average <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News-Record, is consistent with <br /> j adopted policies of the City, authorized by Section 7.710(5) of the Eugene Code, 1971, and is in <br /> conformity with applicable state law. <br /> I <br /> ~ Persons desiring to comment on the proposed adjustments shall submit written comments <br /> td the City Engineer, Public Works Department, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within <br /> 15 days from the date of publication as indicated below. After the expiration of the comment <br /> period, the City Manager will adopt the increases as proposed, or as modified in response to the <br /> comments received. Upon adoption, the final Administrative Order and amended fees shall be <br /> ~ appended to the Systems Development Charge Methodologies. <br /> Dennis M.
