'I <br /> superior, results for reducing pollution, maintainability and safety and the proposed siting does not <br /> j <br /> adversely affect structures or other properties; (?)the applicant's written description of the proposed <br /> alternative design has been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer; (3) the applicant has <br /> submitted a method and schedule for monitoring the effectiveness of the proposed design; and, (4) <br /> the applicant has submitted a sinned statement that the applicant will replace the alternative facility if <br /> the facility does not function as proposed. <br /> j 6. An applicant can seek an adjustment to the requirement that all oil control facilities be sited. <br /> designed and constructed according to the Stormwater Management Manual if the applicant can <br /> demonstrate that the selected oil control facility will achieve the same result as those listed in the <br /> I Manual. <br /> i <br /> 7. An applicant can seek an adjustment to the requirement that all source controls be sited, designed <br /> and constructed according to the Stormwater Management Manual if the applicant can demonstrate <br /> that the selected source control will achieve the same result as those listed in the Manual. <br /> Considering the above-listed provisions in the Proposed Stormwater Development Standards, the <br /> application of this administrative order to a property zoned and designated for commercial or <br /> industrial use does not result in a diminution in the area's supply of commercial or industrial Land. <br /> Therefore, this administrative order is consistent with Goal 9. <br /> I <br /> <br /> I Gocll 1 D - Housing. In fact, the Proposed Stonnwater Development Standards, the <br /> standards that the proposed administrative order will implement. are drafted to ensure that neither the <br /> administrative order nor the code provisions that the administrative order is implementing have such <br /> ~ an effect on a property.
