In ddition, the fee amendments are necessary in order to comply with the requirements <br /> <br /> ~ of Section .130 of the Eugene Code, 1971, that the fees charged cover the costs, including <br /> overhead, o engineering, inspection and review services performed by the city on all private or <br /> public impr vements not engineered by the city. <br /> Pers ns desiring to comment on the fee amendments shall submit written comments to <br /> the City M nager, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 15 days from the date of <br /> publication s indicated below.
