ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER N0.58-07-07-F i <br /> of the ~ <br /> Airport Manager <br /> AMENDING SECTIONS 4 AND 5 OF THE AIRPORT FEE SCHEDU ~ <br /> RATIFING UNAMENDED FEES; AND REPEALING ADMINISTRATI E <br /> ORDER N0.58-06-13-F. <br /> The Airport Manager of the City of Eugene fords as follows: <br /> A. Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene and Sections <br /> 2.440 to 2.442 of the Eugene Code, 1971 to set fees and charges for the use of t e Eugene <br /> Airport. The City Manager has further delegated that authority to the Airport Man ger under <br /> Airport Rule 8.4.2. <br /> B. Pursuant to that delegated authority, on June 4, 2007 I issued Ad 'nistrative <br /> Order No. 58-07-07 and notified the Mayor and City Councilors that I intended to amend <br /> Sections 4 and S of the Airport Fee Schedule which was adopted by Administrative rder No. <br /> 58-06-13-F on December 20, 2006 (effective January 1, 2007), as set forth in the Noti attached <br /> as Exhibit A thereto. <br /> C. The Notice was also posted at two locations at the Airport and publis ed in the <br /> Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, on June 8, 2007, p ovided to <br /> persons who had requested notice, persons who are currently paying such charges, and as made <br /> available for inspection by interested persons at the offices of the Airport Mana r, 28855 <br /> Lockheed Drive, Eugene, Oregon 97402, during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to :00 p.m., <br /> Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays). <br /> ' D. The Notice provided that written comments would be received for 15 ays from <br /> the date of posting and publication. No comments were received within the time d manner <br /> required by the Notice. <br /> E. Based upon the above findings and the findings in Administrative Ord No. 58- <br /> 07-07, Ihave determined that the Airport Fee Schedule should be amended as pro osed, the <br /> unamended fees ratified and affirmed, and the Airport Fee Schedule as set forth in its ntirety in <br /> the attached Exhibit A should be established as the fees to be charged for the describ services <br /> and Administrative Order No. ~58-06-13-F be repealed. <br /> On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> 1. T'he Signatory and Non-Signatory Landing Fees set forth in Section ,and the <br /> Terminal Building Rental Rates for Exclusive and Preferential Space, Joint Use Space, Customer <br /> Use Space and Supplemental Security Fee set forth in Section 5 of the Airport Fe Schedule <br /> attached as Exhibit A hereto are amended, and the unamended fees set forth therein a ratified <br /> and affirmed as the fees to be charged for the described services, effective July 1, 2007 <br /> 2.
