The foijegging fees have been proposed after investigating the amounts charged for such <br /> services in the ~ast, comparable rates charged at other airports, the City's policies on recovery of user <br /> fees, the amounts pr rates and other municipal benefits agreed to by comparable users of the airport <br /> in a contract, leash or permit, and the revenue needs of the Eugene Airport.
