Privately Engineered Public Improvement <br /> <br /> - R-7.085/SL B Pu_ rnose. <br /> This Rule is intended to provide requirements for implementing the street lighting design <br /> standards s t out in the Design Standards and Guidelines for Eugene Streets, Sidewalks, <br /> Bikeways a d Access Ways adopted by City Council Resolution No. 4608. Permits for street <br /> lights that a not installed by the City of Eugene, shall follow the public improvement permit <br /> process. <br /> R-7.085/S C Design Standards Parameters and Materials. <br /> 1.
