The open house runs <br /> from 4:30 t 7 p.m. at the Hilyard Community Center, 2580 Hilyard Street. A staff presentation <br /> II will be mad at 5:15 p.m. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> In r sponse to federal, state and local regulations and policies, the City of Eugene is <br /> proposing ew requirements to protect water quality impaired waterways as part of the city's <br /> II, overall pro ram for reducing urban stormwater pollution. A number of local waterways have <br /> it been propo ed for protection, including the Willamette River, Amazon Creek, the Amazon <br /> Diversion C annel, the A-3 Channel, Willow Creek and the headwaters of Amazon Creek. <br /> Am ng the proposed protection measures are streamside setbacks in which new <br /> developme t would be restricted.
