Much of the work is related to Eugene's Pavement <br /> Preservati n Program, which currently is funded primarily through the IOCaI gas tax. <br /> Hilyard St et (13th to 18th avenues) -paving substantially completed; next steps are striping <br /> and cleanu ;the road remains closed through July 31. <br /> Hilyard St et (18th to 24"d avenues) closed to through traffic starting July 31, 20th and 21St <br /> avenues wi I be closed to through traffic at Hilyard Street.
