The work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled if it <br /> is raining. <br /> Whi a the work is being done, the turn lane from westbound 29th Avenue to southbound <br /> Willamette treet will be closed and the through lanes on westbound 29th Avenue on the east side <br /> of Willamet a Street will be closed periodically.
