The county has been quietly providing this service since 1990. For resi ents who cannot take advantage of the County program, there are two local firms that acc pt leaves and other yard debris for a nominal fee in the Eugene and Springfield area: R xius Forest By-Products, 342-1835; and Lane Forest Products, 345-9085.
