Early morning commuters may still find <br /> clo ed or partially cldsed streets at two locations: 14th Avenue and Alder Street, and Laurel Hill and Moon Mountain. In <br /> bot of those locations, power lines tangled in tree branches complicated the removal work. <br /> To ay, Public Works crews will mop up the tree-removal sites and work on clearing branches and other small debris from <br /> stn ets.
