The meeting includes adrop-in time at 6:30 p.m., <br /> with the actu I meeting scheduled from 7 to 9 p.m. <br /> Willa ette Street from 13th to 18th avenues was converted to two-way traffic operation in <br /> 2004, leavin a two-block section between 18th and 20th avenues designated as a one-way street <br /> i <br /> for northbou d traffic. <br /> i' <br /> In Ja uary 2007 City staff initiated a community discussion about the two-block section of <br /> Willamette S reet. Following that first meeting, the Willamette Street Study stakeholder group was <br /> formed. Th group met a dozen times over the last year to discuss the many issues associated <br /> with the pos ible conversion of traffic flow on Willamette Street.
