Villard will be closed to through traffic during excavation and will remain <br /> closed until a new concrete street has fully cured. The contractor's schedule calls for about three <br /> weeks worth of work, depending on weather and subsurface conditions. <br /> Moto fists can use nearby local streets to detour around the work zone.
