While paving work <br /> is under wa ,eastbound traffic on Mill Street (Highway 99) will be limited to one lane. The lane <br /> closure also ill affect westbound Broadway traffic. <br /> Frida night's paving work will complete subsurface stormwater line construction in that <br /> area.
